Founded in 2017, BoLD Restaurant and Bar is a family-owned and operated restaurant located in Main st station in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado, steps from the Quicksilver Superchair.

Serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner daily, BoLD tempts with a from-scratch menu of elevated American classic breakfast and brunch, a Mediterranean-inspired lunch and dinner, polished service-first style and a friends and family-focused atmosphere.

Putting the ‘Bar’ in BoLD Restaurant & Bar, enjoy an extensive menu of craft beers on tap, wines and signature cocktails – all served in a distinctive rustic-yet-modern atmosphere highlighted by a cozy library-like dining room. For breakfast and brunch we are known for Breckenridge’s only Build-your-own Bloody Mary Bar with a big variety of house made pickles and stocked with over 100 local hot sauces brought in by the Boulder Hot Sauce Company.

You will only be served cage free eggs, 100% pure organic maple syrup and our signature biscuits are freshly baked every morning. BoLD features a kids’ play-area stocked with book, toys, buckets of lego duplo, and a dedicated tv. Plus, don’t miss our daily Happy Hour from 2-6 pm.

Our talents and experience are diverse, but at BoLD we’re united by one thing: an over-arching passion for good food, wine and hospitality.

We believe that no dish can be better than its ingredients, and that the best ingredients are usually local.  Every day we make many decisions about what we eat and every one of our food choices has an ethical and environmental impact.  It is the best of coincidences that good food choices – those that are good for our land and people, for the environment, for the body and mind – are also delicious and enjoyable.



Dave and Marina, BoLD’s owners, came to Breckenridge for the winter season in 2007 and fell in love with the mining ski town. Dave is from the UK and Marina is born and bred in Greece. They have two children in Breckenridge’s local schools. A lot of the food that you will come across at BoLD has originated from Marina’s grandmother’s Greek recipes.
